The Lester E. Kabacoff School of Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Administration offers one of the best-known hospitality and tourism management degrees in the country.

The only electrical, mechanical, and civil engineering programs in the New Orleans area. The Boysie Bollinger School of Naval Architecture is one of a small number of programs of its kind in the country.
