The Dr. Robert A. Savoie College of Engineering is home to the Center for Academic Success in Engineering, supported through a grant from the National Science Foundation. CASE serves all students and faculty in the College of Engineering, with special focus on supporting the recruitment, retention, academic clubs, and degree completion of engineering students. The Center for Academic Success in Engineering focuses on supporting students by connecting them to jobs and internships, awarding scholarships, and through the Digital Loan Program, which provides devices to students in need. CASE hopes to foster the educational and professional development of a diverse engineering talent pool through academic support, mentorship, and programmatic initiatives, including developing an interest in engineering and STEM in the community.
CASE is located in the College of Engineering – room 306. We encourage all students to stop by and engage in workshops, an open study space/lounge, and experience a supportive environment that speaks to the sense of belonging in the College of Engineering.
