Les White received his B.A. from Hendrix College, his M.A. from the University of Arkansas, and his Ph.D. from the University of Tennessee. He has published on Bobbie Ann Mason, Robert Browning, Oscar Wilde, and most recently on E.M. Forster's Howards End. His area of specialization is the Victorian Age.
