Areas of Specialization: Program Evaluation, Non-Profit Leadership
Dr. Mumford is a core faculty member of the Master of Public Administration (MPA) program at UNO, and teaches courses in program evaluation and public and nonprofit management. He has over 15 years of experience conducting program evaluations for foundations and nonprofits throughout the United States and abroad.

Research Interests
Dr. Mumford studies organizational resilience and social equity in the regional nonprofit sector, including how to assess and build supportive organizational capacities related to adaptive and strategic management, program evaluation, and collaboration, and methods for identifying and addressing inequities in nonprofit leadership and funding.
