Wind Ensembles
LSU New Orleans Wind Ensemble performs four concerts each season in the Recital Hall. Students have the opportunity to perform with world class guest artists and visiting conductors.

Jazz Combos
LSU New Orleans Jazz Ensembles (combos) allow students to focus on a particular instrument, style, or composer. The small group setting allows close interaction with the professor and with fellow student musicians. Combos are the backbone of our unique “Jazz at the Sandbar” program.

LSU New Orleans students perform as members of the New Orleans Civic Symphony Orchestra, a full symphony orchestra that gives two concerts each semester. Students have the opportunity to play alongside members of the community and with a variety of guest artists.
