Accuplacer Next Generation Test
In-person Accuplacer testing is available on the following Registration dates at 10:00AM in the Earl K. Long Library:

Requirements
The test taker will be required to present a valid, unexpired photo ID(ex. government-issued driver's license, state identification card, or passport.) Dual enrollment and Early College Academy applicants are not eligible to sit for the Accuplacer test, and can submit a counselor recommendation for course placement.
Scores
A test taker must score 278 or higher on the Math section also known as QRAS, to then qualify for the AAF. When you reach that score, the AAF automatically begins/launches in the test session. When finished testing, the test taker will have generated both a QRAS score and an AAF score in the report.
LSU New Orleans will record each test result for the purposes of advising. Results may be downloaded or printed following the test, or a copy can be emailed upon request.
Retest Policy
The Accuplacer test can be taken one time within a 90 day period for a maximum of three times.
