E-Check and Credit Card Payments via Workday

• Log onto Workday. (You can also access workday from http://myapps.uno.edu
• Look for the "student" menu on the left side of your screen
• Click "Finances" 
• Click on "Make a Payment" under "My Account"
• This will bring you to Transact
• Select make a payment.
• You can replace the amounts you want to pay in the appropriate terms.
• Select new bank account if paying via e-Check (routing/banking information) or credit card.
• Review data and submit payment
• Print out confirmation page for your records.

Please note that any NSF checks or e-checks will result in a $25.00 service fee added to your account.

A fee of 2.75% will be charged to those using credit or debit cards to pay for tuition and fees. This fee is in accordance with Louisiana Revised Statute 49:316.1.  The fee can be avoided if you are able to make payment via E-check or by paying with a cash, check, or money order at the bursar's counter.

Bursar Counter - Privateer Enrollment Center

Students can make cash or check payments at the Bursar's counter located at the Privateer Enrollment Center in the Earl K Long Library. LSU New Orleans does not accept temporary or counter checks (temporary checks are received when a bank account is first opened).  Bursar Hours are 8:30 A.M - 4:00 P.M.

Payment Plan Option (Eppo)

All students can enroll in the Payment Plan. This allows students to divide the cost of their tuition into 2 - 4 equal payments. Please set up a payment plan in Workday. Students must make their first payment when registering for the payment plan. Please proceed to the "make a payment" screen after you register for your payment plan. There is a $50 fee for the payment plan.

Payment Plans are typically due on the 15th of the month. 

Student Payment Responsibility

When you enroll at LSU New Orleans, you are acknowledging your personal responsibility for payment of your outstanding debt (tuition, fees, housing, meals, penalties, fines, etc.) incurred. You are also responsible for your outstanding debt if you have a third-party provider or other financial assistance if they fail to pay your outstanding debt in a timely manner.  If the third-party provider fails to provide LSU New Orleans a payment on your behalf; you are still responsible for payment of the outstanding debt.

Any outstanding debt not paid in a timely manner will be considered delinquent. All delinquent debt will be placed in collection with the Attorney General’s Office (AGO) of the State of Louisiana or any collection agency that LSU New Orleans contracts to collect delinquent debt. The AGO and other collection agencies may assess up to a maximum of 33.3% fee and any attorney fees on the delinquent debt in which you will be responsible for paying also.

If you are anticipating a third-party provider to pay for your fee bill, it is your responsibility to send the tuition guarantee and/or letter of authorization from your third-party provider to [email protected] and [email protected].  We require these forms every term.  Please see here for additional information concerning Third-Party.
