Exceptions: Some proposals require the President's or Fiscal Agent's signature. These will be routed accordingly after the internal Proposal Routing form has been approved by the Office of Research.

Dr. Darrell Kruger has delegated authority to Assistant Vice President, Research and Economic Development Dr. Carol Lunn to sign proposals in support of the University’s research mission.

Termination for Convenience
The University may terminate this Agreement at any time given thirty (30) days written notice to Contractor of such termination or negotiating with Contractor an effective date.
