All Judicial Powers in LSU New Orleans Student Government Association Constitution shall be vested in LSU New Orleans SGA Supreme Court and any lower courts established, by LSU New Orleans SGA policy.
The Supreme Court is comprised of nine (9) Supreme Court Justices.
The Judiciary’s duties would include traffic violations, violations of academic integrity, violations of the University Code of Conduct in addition to impeachable offences, any all other duties as prescribed within LSU New Orleans SGA Policy as defined. The Judiciary, specifically the Supreme Court, is be empowered to hear complaints of, and levy punishments against LSU New Orleans SGA groups up to, but excluding, their dissolution/banishment from LSU New Orleans SGA.
