These groups are directly sponsored by the University, including an assigned professional staff advisor and budget, such as LSU New Orleans Ambassadors, the Student Government Association (including the Senate and Student Activities Council), or Orientation Leaders.
Purpose: To serve as representatives of LSU New Orleans at events both on and off campus. Demonstrate pride for LSU New Orleans through service to the University.
Purpose: To keep the students, faculty, staff, and alumni of LSU New Orleans informed about events on and around campus and to cover crime, politics, sports, reviews of movies, bars, restaurants around town, exciting places to travel to and much more.
Purpose: To provide campus with leadership building opportunities.
Purpose: To welcome new students to LSU New Orleans through the New Student Experience.
Purpose: To build community for students who live on-campus in Pontchartrain Halls.
Purpose: To serve as the official programming board of LSU New Orleans, planning events and activities for the entire LSU New Orleans community.
Purpose: To represent and advocate for students.
