To have your Registered Student Organization appear on Suitable, you need to first register with the Office of Student Involvement and Leadership. You can find all the information to complete that process HERE. 

To manage your roster, access your organization's profile and select the "Members" tab. Here, you can invite new members by entering their LSU New Orleans email addresses and assign roles. To remove members, click on the member's profile and select the option to remove them from the roster. Changes are updated in real-time.

To edit a student organization:

1. Click on the 'Organizations' tab in the left-hand side bar. 
2. Search for the student organization you would like to edit and click on that organization's card.
3. In the organization, choose ‘Manage student org.’
4. From here, you will be taken to the organization wizard, where you can make any necessary changes to the sections within the organization, including adding and removing sections​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
   -Once an edit has been made to a section, you can choose the ‘Save Edit’ option for that specific section, or the overall ‘Save Organization’ option at the bottom of the wizard.
   -To delete the organization, choose ‘Delete Organization’ at the bottom left of the wizard
5. Once all of your changes have been made, choose ‘Save Organization’ and return to your dashboard to view the Organizations tab and review the student organization.

Yes, Suitable offers tools to track event attendance. When setting up your event, enable the attendance tracking feature. You can choose to track attendance via a QR scan. Post-event, you can download detailed attendance reports in the event management section. 

Regularly update your organization’s profile and events, actively manage your member roster, and consistently engage your members with interesting content and activities. Hosting diverse events and maintaining open communication are key to keeping members interested and involved.
