The purpose of this club is to bring all Catholic Christians together to grow in relationship with God, others, and oneself while also working to share the message of the Gospel to all who interact with or wish to join the Catholic Privateers.

LSU New Orleans Newman Center

The Newman Center is the Catholic chapel on LSU New Orleans campus, located across the street from the University Center. (#24 on the Campus Map)

A ministry of the Archdiocese of New Orleans, the Newman Center offers a regular Mass schedule, the opportunity receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation and pastoral guidance, and to build a community among the Catholic students on campus, their families, alumni, faculty / staff, members of the local community peers, and all seeking to learn more about the Catholic faith.
